Après avoir renvoyé le produit à l'adresse fournie par notre service client, nous pouvons vous envoyer un nouvel article gratuitement (nous vous rembourserons les frais de retour), ou vous pouvez choisir de recevoir un remboursement complet.

30 jours de retour sans raison
Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre achat et que le produit est toujours à l'état neuf, nous pouvons organiser un remboursement partiel, qui couvrira le prix de l'article moins les frais d'expédition. Vous serez responsable du paiement des frais de retour.

S'il manque un article, nous renverrons l'article/accessoire manquant gratuitement pendant la période de garantie.

Si nous avons expédié le mauvais article, nous vous rembourserons intégralement ou vous enverrons un autre article (le cas échéant et disponible). AITE décidera si vous devez retourner le mauvais produit ou non et vous remboursera les frais d'expédition de retour lorsque nous le recevrons.

Limitation du traitement des retours
Si vous rencontrez des problèmes après-vente, veuillez nous contacter directement pour une solution adaptée à votre cas. Nous vous confirmerons si vous devez retourner l'article et à quelle adresse vous pouvez le retourner.

Pour les échanges, le délai de traitement de l'article échangé sera de 3 à 6 jours ouvrables à compter de la réception de votre article et en fonction de la disponibilité des stocks.

Pour les remboursements, le délai de traitement pour que nous procédions au remboursement sera de 3 à 6 jours ouvrables après réception de votre article retourné. Veuillez suivre attentivement notre processus de garantie pour minimiser les retards:

Décrivez le problème avec votre article en détail : Que s'est-il passé ? Lorsque? Comment? Veuillez également indiquer votre numéro de commande complet et le code produit (numéro SKU).
Dites-nous quelles mesures vous avez déjà prises pour résoudre le problème.
Fournissez le code article indiqué sur l'emballage extérieur.
Envoyez une photo ou une vidéo claire montrant le(s) défaut(s) ; ceux-ci doivent être pris sous un bon éclairage.
REMARQUE:
Vous devez fournir une photo ou une vidéo claire montrant le problème du produit/la commande/le numéro de référence.

Les photos/vidéos doivent idéalement être claires et nettes, prises dans de bonnes conditions d'éclairage et à une distance proche à moyenne. Cela nous permet d'identifier et de vérifier le(s) problème(s).
Si le produit est retourné plus d'un mois après la réception, ou si le produit est retourné pour des raisons du client (notamment non-satisfaction, mauvaise taille, changement d'avis), le client est responsable des frais d'expédition. Pour les retours non liés au client dans un délai d'un mois, AITE est responsable des frais d'expédition, et le client doit le retourner en utilisant la méthode d'expédition prescrite par AITE. Dans toutes les situations de retour, le client doit fournir le numéro de suivi.
Les clients doivent nous contacter avant de retourner un article. Les articles retournés sans autorisation de retour de marchandise (RMA) ne seront pas acceptés. Pour les demandes de garantie incomplètes, AITE se réserve le droit de refuser toute indemnisation. Si le client a retourné le colis sans autorisation préalable (formulaire RMA), l'envoie à la mauvaise adresse, renvoie un article incorrect ou soumet un colis vide, AITE se réserve le droit de refuser toute indemnisation.
Pour le retour sans motif, vous devez vous assurer que l'emballage du produit est intact et que tous les accessoires sont complets et inutilisés.
